My client one of the leading Banks in The Netherlands is looking for a Scrum Master:

- Experience as a scrum master in an IT or software development setting (3+ years).
- Experience of working a BI/Datawarehouse environment
- Practical working experience as a software engineer or business analist and willing to performance such work if required.
- Experience leading Agile scrum teams in complex environment is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile scrum and other Agile methodologies.
- Deep knowledge and appreciation of Agile practices and principles, principally scrum, and experience advocating these practices and principles across cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of financial products and accounting.
