SCRUM MASTER (CSM/PSM, MIDDLEWARE, WEB SECURITY, FINANCIAL SERVICES)

This is an exciting position working for a global financial services organisation at their offices in Brussels. The role is working as a Scrum Master within Infrastructure Middleware and Web Security teams and is responsible for supporting them by facilitating delivery, managing impediments and generally driving implementation of agile best practices. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience working alongside Middleware and Web Security teams on major financial services projects.

Some of the key responsibilities are;

- Supporting the Product Owner by facilitating the delivery of features by various teams
- Managing the internal and external dependencies and risks
- Managing feature plans, timescales, delivery milestones and budgets
- Making key decisions around delivery and obstacles
- Managing and resolving impediments
- Collaborating with teams in agile mode, ie, daily stand-ups, Scrum of Scrum, product reviews, retrospectives etc.

Key experience required for this position is;

- Significant experience working as a Scrum Master in a financial services environment
- An in-depth understanding of Agile Scrum SaFE methodologies and best practices
- Understanding of concepts within infrastructure, especially around Middleware and web security
- An excellent communicator who is enthusiastic, creative and able to coach and facilitate teams
