Scrum Master
Total IT experience of 10+ years. Should have 2-3 years' experience in some BPM technologies (prefer IBM or any other such as Pega, TIBCO etc)
Should have successfully completed at least 2 projects following Agile Methodologies (end to end)
Conducts the daily Scrum meetings, assists in Product Backlog development and prioritization.
Oversees all testing activities, participates in Defect and Platform Problem identification and resolution. Ensures that the Task board is upto date and provides updates to the stakeholders on a periodic basis. Manages all activities executed by On-Site personnel and serves as the liaison between client and Tech M Off-Shore counterpart.
BPM Experience is a must!
