SCRUM MASTER/BA needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in NORRISTOWN, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Act in both capacities for Corporate Applications teams to elicit and document agile-centric requirements.
- Specific responsibilities will focus on managing the product backlog on a day-to-day basis and requirements gathering in an agile environment.
- Facilitating the Scrum process, documenting requirements, and working with the team and stakeholders to ensure the product that is delivered meets the requirements and quality objectives of the project using agile principles.
- Facilitate daily stand-up and remove impediments to allow team to focus on development and support activities
- Support the Product Owner and Project Manager in prioritizing the Product backlog and keeping it at a manageable size
- Ensure Release plan matches reality
- Gather requirements and define acceptance criteria leveraging user stories in an agile environment.
- Serve as a business liaison between client and agile scrum project teams.
- Have primary responsibility for deliverables, such as business and functional requirements documents in agile environment.
- Enable the team to self-manage
- Guide the team with Agile/Scrum best practices and tailor them to fit the Product Owner and team's needs
- Develop agile status reports regarding project team progress.
- Ensure appropriate levels of controls are applied to work efforts, including security requirements, to ensure efficient delivery of robust, effective business solutions.
- Assist business clients in developing requirements and integrating systems.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Recent, significant experience in leading Scrum teams and gathering requirements and defining acceptance criteria leveraging user stories in an agile environment within a medium (6+ person) team on enterprise software projects with different business owners
- Experience within big pharma, banking, finance, insurance, or other highly-transactional systems environment that produces very large amounts of data
- S. degree in computer science, management information systems
- Experience within iterative development methodologies, specifically SCRUM
- Experience documenting .NET and/or web-based software designs specifically
- Experience working with business and technical staffs to define, document, and track software requirements and design
- Experience working in multiple Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Most recent roles should show increasing responsibility as BA in agile environment
- General knowledge of testing methodology (white vs. Black Box testing, function vs. path testing, etc.)

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience using HP Quality Center or equivalent test management solutions
- Experience within continuous integration environments using Atlassian tools
- Someone who is energetic and passionate about their work, extremely positive and solution driven
