Scrum Master (Automotive Industry)

Mandatory:
* Professional managing Teams using Agile Development processes and Scrum (> 2 years)
* Proficient in Jira or comparable tools
* Experience in managing larger development teams > 10 persons
* Experience in planning larger development projects (duration > 1 year)

Sofware Development/Engineering (helpful):
* Proficient in using current Version Control Systems (e.g. SVN, Git, Mercurial, ...)
* General UML Knowledge
* Experience with Cross-Platform development
* Build Tools: Maven, Ant, CMake
* Version management Tools: subversion, git
* J2EE programming
* Spring programming
* General Design Patterns (Observer, Singleton, Abstract Factory, Model-View-Controller, Iterator, etc.)
* Software Design Principles (Separation of Concerns, Modularity, Abstraction, Generality, Consistency, Low Coupling / High Cohesion, Information Hiding, Anticipation of Change, Incremental Development..)
* Basics in database programming (SQL, OLAP, Slice ´n Dice)
* Experience with Publish-Subscribe and data stream management solutions (Sybase ESP, IBM Infosphere Streams)
* Middlewares for inter-process communication (e.g. ICE, Etch, Corba, etc.)
* J2EE-Application Servers (Tomcat, Glassfish, etc.), SAP XS, IBM WebSphere
* Webservers (e.g. Apache)
* Experience with developing multi threaded/ multi process applications in the named languages
