MY DUTIES:

- Leading the PMO of the Programme (right hand of Programme Management)
- Lead Programme towards stricter application of agile methodology
- Scrum Master and Coach of overall Programme
- Coordination with other Scrum Masters
- Coordination of Sprints, Planning & Retrospective Meetings
- Status management, change management, risk management and scope management
- Preparation of key governance meetings (STC, DAB)
- Support of individual program streams

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound knowledge in JIRA
- Experience in Project & Programme Management
- Prior leadership and / or change roles
- Strong motivator and communicator
- Background in IT & transformation projects
- Real Estate & Asett Management experience highly desirable
- Expertise in security, training, testing and development is highly desirable
- Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
