- Facilitate the DevOps team in their regular meetings (daily standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions)
- Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint and remove obstacles whenever these occur
- Motivate the team to keep continuously improving
- Support the product owner in more technical user stories
- Improving the velocity of the team by continuously striving for improvements
- Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team members, product owner and users
- Alignment with other Scrum Masters and teams working in the same IT landscape
