IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Live for the Agile Manifesto and establish and ensure agile development processes together with the teams
-Continuously improve the established processes
-Address impediments for the teams and obtain solutions within the organization
-Organizational and social management of software development teams
-Promote the members to achieve their operational tasks in alignment of the goals
-Participate in the conception, implementation, documentation and testing of software solutions
-Coordinate together with the management on a regular base in Leipzig/Germany
-Conduct the Scrum events (Planning, Daily, Retrospective…)
-Coach “agile mindset” to the Scrum team

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience in the coaching of sophisticated software development teams
-Expert knowledge of agile software development methods, particular SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe
-Good overview of software development based on Microsoft .NET, C # and state-of-the-art web technologies
-Excellent communication and team skills
-Strong analytical thinking, as well as structured and solution-oriented work method
-Fluency in English and German
