IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Provide coaching on best-practices to other Scrum Masters on the project and be prepared to act as Scrum Master in scrum teams if required
-Define iterative process that will be used on the project, facilitate effective discussions within the scrum team(s) to ensure that the work defined for each iteration is completed
-Provide practical guidance to the project on best practice in organizing heterogeneous teams which are not co-located and ensure continuous improvement through retrospectives
-Effective facilitation of scrum meetings, guiding a team of subject matter experts from IT and Business to achieve the work defined for each step in the iterative process

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experienced in the practical application of the Scrum Master role in agile/iterative system development
-Experience in the use of scrum tools (preferably ScrumDo)
-Ability to generate progress reports from the scrum tool, including burndown charts and other useful reports illustrating the progress and remaining work for a given release
-Good written and spoken English
