SCRUM MASTER - AGILE Coach
My leading radio and television client based in Brussels is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate the scrum process within a team that is responsible for the realisation of digital products, as well as to coach the members of the team in the scrum process.
START DATE: 5th November 2018
END DATE: 1st November 2019
LOCATION: Brussels
REQUIREMENTS: Dutch speaking, 6 years min experience
DAILY RATE: €500
DETAILS:
- You work as a scrum master within a team that is responsible for the realisation of digital products
- You ensure optimal cooperation within the team and improve the velocity. Thanks to your support, the team always has the same goal, and the focus is on the most priority work.
- You ensure an optimal division of tasks within the team
- You coach your team members in the scrum process and monitor their application
- You facilitate the scrum process and organise, eg: standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, ...
- You work closely with the product owner and also ensure sufficient coordination with all other stakeholders
- You work in a solution-oriented way and solve possible obstacles that impede smooth operation
- You put the user first
- You have excellent communication skills
- You professionalise the scrum operation within my clients digital operations
- You look at the development processes and improve them where necessary
- You have experience with facilitating change within an agile environment.
- You are very people-oriented.
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating and coaching individuals and teams
- Demonstrable experience in infrastructure projects or development projects Senior (8.00 years)
- Demonstrated experience as Scrum Master of projects with total budgets between 250 K EUR and 2.5 M EUR: 2 years min/5 years ideal
- Demonstrable experience with agile transformation and organisational change management
- Demonstrable experience with coaching teams and individuals
- Demonstrable experience with continually seeking process improvements and stimulating the team
- Demonstrable experience with dealing with geographically dispersed teams
- Demonstrable experience with the propagation of Agile values and principles
- Demonstrable experience with the transfer of knowledge
- Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with technical/engineering or business economics background, or equivalent through experience
- Demonstrated training with certification (Scrum Master/Coach within Agile development methodology)
- Perfect oral and written knowledge of Dutch (European CEFR level C2)
- Demonstrable knowledge of various Project Management facets (costs, timing, planning, estimates, risk management)
- Demonstrable knowledge of agile project methodology
- Strong communication skills and very team-oriented
