Job description:

Main assignment will be as the Scrum Master (SM) for two business driven agile projects.
-

The SM is responsible for the complete project delivery.
-

It will be based on Agile/Scrum.
-

Managing internally sourced projects (one project team in B2C & one in B2B).
-

These projects are run as pilot projects using the Scrum methodology, the and the SM will lead this work.
-

Establishing a good relationship with the Product owners and necessary stakeholders.
-

Preferably sales background/experience to be able to drive discussions.

The internal resources in these two projects don't have any/limited experience working Scrum so the SM needs to be a person that can coach and educate the team during the project life time.

Required skills:

-

Working experience as Scrum Master 5+ years
-

Experience in driving/support in Agile Transformation.

Experience in working using agile methodology in a non-software development environment/organisation.

Preferred skills:

-

Experience in working as a SM in a in a non-software development environment/organisation.
