Scrum Master/Agile Coach

Yoh has an immediate opening for a SCRUM MASTER/AGILE COACH to join our client in Wilmington, DE. This is two (2) year contract opportunity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the definition, planning and tracking of project activities to meet or exceed customer and stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Provides process and technical direction to project managers and others, which may involve acting as a scrum coach.
- Consults on and utilizes latest rapid development or other non-sequential project methodologies.
- Serves as subject matter expert on Agile development methods and processes.
- Typically possesses most skills of the traditional project manager.
- Provides clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Three (3+) years of experience in the financial services industry, three to five (3 - 5) concurrently.
- Experience in having been centralized in one location with few dispersed members.
- Experienced with co-located development process and extreme programming (XP).
- Demonstrated ability with XP.
- Experience leading projects using formal project management methodologies is preferred.
- Strong; Demonstrated experience supporting requirements, data and systems analysis preferred.
- Ability to influence or negotiate with other functional areas.
