SCRUM MASTER
This role requires a Scrum Master for 5 program work streams that will be setup as individual scrum teams with separate product owners and teams.
The Scrum Master will be responsible for:
- Collaborating and working with global team members
- Managing the planning, progress reporting of the various work streams
- Facilitating daily scrum meetings for multiple scrum team
- Facilitating and schedule the Scrum Planning and Scrum Retrospective meetings
- Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum teams.
- Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
ABOUT YOU
- A Bachelor/Master degree in an IT related field or equivalent.
- Solid experience as a Scrum Master for many complex projects.
- Expert knowledge of scrum/agile project methods and a certification.
- Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management and knowledge of SDLC and various PM methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation skills and experience to conduct workshops.
- Excellent organizational, planning, stakeholder management and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills, highly committed, energetic, proficient, reliable.
- Great analytical thinker and problem solver.
- Experience with Jira and SharePoint.
- Experience with an ITSM platform is a plus.
