SCRUM MASTER

Are you a SCRUM MASTER looking for new opportunities? One of my clients in Den Bosch, Netherlands is Urgently looking a Scrum Master to Act as the process owner for the teams Collaborate with Product owner and making sure the backlog is ready by writing user stories in a standardised way. Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and add value to ask the right questions to the team. Maintaining the burn down chart; keep a close eye on the team progress during sprints and manage expectations when needed; for a long term position. You will be working with some of the most highly skilled agile likeminded candidates within the organisation.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Experience dealing with the organisational impediments around the team
- Knowledge of full software development life cycle and Agile development tools, techniques and practices;
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, organisation and time management skills;
- Excellent English communication skills in written and spoken form
- Dutch (Must) + English
