Scrum Master

I'm looking for a Scrum Master (Scaled Agile) Role for a 24 month contract in Frankfurt.

Contract: 3 months rolling long term up to 24 months

Job Responsibilities
- The Scrum Master is responsible for managing projects using scrum/agile methodologies.
- Translating business requirements the product owner in refining the product backlog.
- Guiding and coaching the scrum team on how to use agile/scrum practices to achieve sustained rapid development of customer facing applications.
- In conjunction with the product owner, coordinate feature delivery and production releases with a predisposition towards frequent delivery.
- Lead and organize all scrum activities including sprint planning, demos, retrospective and standups.
- Point of escalation to resolve impediments, issues and remove associated delays and distractions.
- Track sprint progress/burndown and strive to increase velocity and accuracy of sprint planning activities.
- Define and assess scrum team process with the goal being continuous improvement the scrum team process.
- Assisting with internal and external communication and improving transparency.
