My client is seeking a Scrum Master based in Netherlands.

The ideal candidate will be a Scrum Master with two years experience in a similar role.

This is a long term contract, working on some of the latest, exciting technologies and projects.

The client offers potential room for growth and the opportunity to move across different teams.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:

Guide and coach the team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices

- Keep the team focused and continuously delivering
- Guide and coach the team to be self-organized
- Improve transparency within the team, across functional and geographical boundaries.
- Guide the team to find the right person within the organization that can help them.
- Build a safe and trusting environment where conflicts can be managed in a healthy way without fear of blame.
- Run daily, weekly and monthly agile rituals efficiently and strictly.
- Create alignment with other adjacent initiatives and projects to avoid overlap or conflict
- Ensure regular communication with key stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
- Tracks work progress to identify blockages and developer divergence from allocated tasks
