Scrum Master

I am currently hiring a Scrum Master for a very large client of mine in the Netherlands. My client needs a process oriented Scrum Master with team manager/agile coach experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Scrum Master will be deployed in the ServiceNow GS team. Strong team player, capable of working independently, good analytical thinking, flexible in terms of working hours, proactive, can perform under pressure.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

- PSM I certified
- PSPO I certified

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

- Experience in Scrum and an Agile/Lean way of working. Preferably knowledge of ITIL processes.

COMPETENCES

- Good communication skills
- Coaching skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coaching one or multiple teams in their way of working. Helping the teams to adhere in the ING WOW while getting a better team.
