Ideal Scrum Master will have the following experience:-
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or CSP)
- Managed multiple teams in different locations
- Facilitated sprint planning meetings
- Dealt with senior stakeholders
- Managed a team of Front End developers/web content developers OR headed up a team of Middleware engineers.
