THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager to join the Digital team, reporting to Head of Digital Global Delivery to take responsibility for, and overall management of, project related elements as part of the overhaul and refresh of the British Council's web presence. This is a key role within the Digital team and crucial to the successful roll-out of our CMS platform.

SOME OF THE MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Act as Scrum Master for two scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives and sprint demos with the Product Owners.
- Work in close collaboration with the various product owners and development teams.
- Guide the Digital team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum concepts and principles and ensure they are adhered to.
