Scrum Master

POSITION: SCRUM MASTER
LOCATION: AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS
DURATION: 6 MONTHS CONTRACT.

THE JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIRED SKILLS ARE FOLLOWS:
You are the scrum master of one of the Profile Savings teams. Team size is about 10 engineers. Within the teams are also resources of our partner, partly offshore
Profile is a Back End system (AIX platform) which both lenen-, as the administration savings of Client is incorporated and where the Current Account records will also be included.
About 8 DevOps teams are working simultaneously on new development and management in this Core Banking system. Profile is a package where client much customization is available on site.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
You are a scrum master of one of the DevOps teams Profile Savings
You are an integrator of cross-domain changes
You are (on a rotational basis) release of Profile Manager releases. Releases are made every two weeks to produce.
You are (on a rotational basis) incident coordinator within the Profile field.

REQUIRED SKILLS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
You have sufficient technical knowledge and know-how.
You have experience with System development, preferably in various roles, wo testing and development
You have project skills
You have extensive experience scrum and knows how to bring a team to a higher level
You have experience with both projects as change management (ITIL, HPSC)
You preferably have experience of working with an outside vendor
* You preferably have knowledge and experience with Continuous Delivery
* Jira experience

Agile - versatile regarding working in scrum teams, stress resistant.
Team player
Certified Scrum Master is a requirement

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Language of the teams is English. DUTCH is also a requirement.
