JOB DESCRIPTION: 

- EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 7 - 10 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.
- SHOULD BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO ZURICH FOR 3 WEEKS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE ASSIGNMENT.
- Should be able to work closely with the product backlog team and QA to establish the acceptance criteria.
- Should be able to ensure that the user stories in the backlog are prioritized and estimated.
- Communicate to other teams and product backlog team decisions made by the team in a timely manner.
- Ensures that the team's actions are always aligned with the acceptance criteria and project goals.
- Should be a Team player and be able to lead by example and be a go-getter.
- Helps the team identify conflicting priorities, then frames and escalates issues that cannot be resolved quickly.
- Be able to diagnose,understand, and facilitate team dynamics and drives necessary actions for improvement.
- Be able to Motivate, inspire, and improve the productivity of the development team.
- Should be Focused,Trustworthy and organized.
