Scrum Master (Contract), Dublin City Centre
Client: My client is one of Europe's fastest growing technology companies with a strong presence in the finance space with multiple international offices. They offer an innovative work environment in state of the art office space.
The role: I am seeking a scrum master for an initial 3 month contract with a view to extension or permanency for interested candidates. Ideally you will have proven experience in a Scrum Master role and hold certification and have experience working with co-located development teams.
The work:
Your responsibilities will include
§Acting as Scrum Master working with co-located teams
§Organise and facilitate scrum ceremonies
§Ensure development teams are working to core Agile principles
§Identify and remove impediments and minimise distractions that jeopardise the team goal
§Build multiple high performance Agile teams
Your experience:
§Excellent understanding of Agile software development ceremonies, roles and artefacts
§Scrum Master certification and proven experience in Scrum Master role
§Team player and excellent communicator
§Strong technical background in .NET framework
§Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
§Demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills
§Knowledge of tools like Jira, Greenhopper, Confluence etc.
