Scrum Coach/Scrum Master (5238)

For a long-term project from now until the end of the year with our client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

SCRUM COACH/SCRUM MASTER (5238)

In this role, you will be responsible for coaching the Scrum team and driving cooperation within the team.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- SEVERAL YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AS SCRUM COACH, PREFERABLY IN THE FINANCIAL OR INSURANCE SECTOR
- EXPERT KNOWLEDGE IN THE INTRODUCTION OF SCRUM METHODOLOGY IN DIFFERENT COMPANIES; HOW TO CONDUCT WHICH CEREMONIES ETC.
- STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF COACHING SCRUM METHODOLOGY AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Experienced moderator with strong presentation skills
- Knowhow with QLIKsense would be ideal
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH, GOOD GERMAN WOULD BE IDEAL

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Introduction of Scrum Coach Best Practices
- Coaching of the Scrum team and promotion of cooperation within the team

NOTE:

The project team is looking for a Scrum Coach (not just a Scrum Master) - you have to be an active Scrum Master, not just a certified Scrum Master
