+ Consulting the Product Owners with the SCRUM team
+ Coaching the SCRUM team and the organization to apply Agile/SCRUM practices and
values
+ Moderating discussions, decision making and conflict resolution
+ Effective collaboration with SCRUM teams spread across multiple regions and time
zones
+ SCRUM expertise
+ Experience in process
+ Coaching experience
+ Training experience
+ Excellent English
+ German is an advantage
