SCRUM MASTER (COACH)

Scrum Master (Coach) urgently required for a long term contract position based in Brussels, Beglium.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Setting up and facilitating the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings
* Scheduling and following the key steps of the methodology
* Making sure that the use of the Scrum methodology runs smooth and helping the project team face any obstacles
* Providing assistance or support to the product owner concerning the Product Backlog
* Assisting and supporting the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog,
* Tracking team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes
* Coaching and challenging the Project Team
* Helping the Project Team face any difficulties and promote its gradual self organization
* Removing barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions
* Reporting on the proper deployment of the Scrum methodology within projects
* Risk & Issue management

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Scrum Master
* Coaching experience
* Risk & Issue management experience
* BI (Business Intelligence) experience
* Fluent French
* Fluent Dutch
