Scrum Coach - Agile, French or Dutch speaking, Scrum training
Please read on if you have the following:
Experience in project success using metrics like burn downs, velocity, business value and Agile release plans
Knowledge and understanding of TDD and the usual forms of automation used by effective Agile teams
The job is to create an Agile culture in the technology and business teams at our client. This will involve coaching and training Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Testers, Developers and various Functional Managers. Experience in organisational change management is required, particularly with regard towards reconciling business processes and technical strategy.
Candidates need to speak English and either French or Dutch.
