Scrum Business Analyst

Accountable for the gathering requirements and quality control of the next generation Business Intelligence applications for both Web and Mobile platforms

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- This individual solid and experienced IT Business Analyst with Scrum Methodology
- Perform quality control function and also have experience with basic SQL queries

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED

- 5+ years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and Project Coordinator
- Minimum 3 years of relevant development life cycle experience as an Agile Business Analyst, developing web and mobile applications
- Facilitate and manage monthly agile development sprint planning meetings
- Document new features, requirements, and strategies as user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work with business owners to prioritize feature development, based on business value
- Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all technical and non-technical members of the organization including senior management
- Strong customer service approach when working with business and technical partners

PREFERRED

- Agile and Scrum training is a plus
- Scrum and PMP certification
