Whitehall Resources are looking for a Scrum/Agile Master.

As a Scrum Master you will play a central role in realizing the new customer portal. You will facilitate the development team in realizing the functionality on the new platform.

Main responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master you will be supporting the team in the following areas:
-Facilitating the daily standup
-Helping the team maintain their burn down chart
-Setting up retrospectives, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions
-Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint
-Removing obstacles that affect the team
-Walking the product owner through more technical user stories
-Able to facilitate Scrum by the book' where the Scrum team is the project team
-Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and product owner

Qualifications and personal characteristics
-University or College of Higher Education degree in information technology, mathematics, engineering or related subjects (or comparable training)
-More than 5 years working experience as Scrum Master
-Extensive experience with Scrum/agile development (preferable in the role of Scrum master)
-A proven business acumen, and a profound interest in driving value-creating innovation
-Fluent written and spoken English
-Leadership skills and structured way of working
-Scrum Master certification (PSM or CSM)
