SCOM, SCCM, Consultant - System Centre, 3rd LINE Support

Our global software vendor is seeking a senior SCOM/SCCM Consultant to underpin a major SCOM 2007-2012 Migration. MUST HAVE current UK SC Level Security Clearance. The initial contract will be for 3 months although the SCOM 2012 upgrade project is over a year, so a high potential of extension, paying up to £600/day inclusive for the right person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3rd Line Support SCOM 2007 production system
- Acting as a System Centre SME in the design and upgrade to SCOM 2012
- Supporting the SCOM 2012 upgrade into production
- Provide guidance to several teams on client/agent deployment, etc.
- Troubleshooting day to day and during project upgrade
- Installing and configuring the SCCM and SCOM Servers
- Deploy software updates
- Create and distribute software packages to several regions
- Proactively monitoring the Enterprise Servers

PROFILE
This is a senior engineer role to carry out 3rd line support on a critical customer SCOM 2007 production system and to work closely with the in-house and 3rd party teams to support the design and upgrade to SCOM 2012. Proven deep skills in both SCOM and SCCM with strong troubleshooting skills and experience is required.
