SCOM INSTALLATION CONSULTANT CAMARILLO, CA CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

We need a high level Consultant to perform a System Center Operations Manager 2012 (SCOM) Production installation:

- Design and deploy a production implementation of SCOM 2012 framework, including correct initial sizing for capacity to support the eventual monitoring of all Windows services globally.
- Integrate alerts from multiple installed management tools (HP System Insight Manager, WebJetAdmin, Nagios, Solar Winds).
- Design, installation and customization of vCenter plugin for SCOM to provide VMWare vSphere host monitoring and alerting.
- Configuration of SCOM to provide notification of alerts via email and SMS
- Deploy Instrument MS Windows Server Servers plus Servers supporting Exchange and Lync, AD, TMG, DNS and SQL Server.
- Install and configure Microsoft Management Packs including (Exchange, SQL Server, Lync and AD, etc.).
- Configure appropriate alerts and thresholds for all monitored services using best practices.
- Configure SCOM to send alerts to appropriate groups via SMS and email
- Alert tuning based on feedback.
- Provide data flow diagrams depicting communication with other hosts in terms of host names and TCP or UDP ports.
- Provide three 4 hour training sessions for client.
- Full deployment of SCOM clients to the clients server infrastructure.
- Extend monitoring infrastructure to clients recently acquired companies.
- Configuration of a service dashboard to be used to alert non-technical members of service desk.
- Instrument all clients globally deployed Windows Server Servers providing DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, and Active Directory Servers in the client AD domain.
