SCO Security Specialist

For our client, we are looking for a SCO security specialist

You have the responsibility of the stability, availability, quality and the upgrade of the Cyber defence platform.
As an expert working in the Security Operation team, you receive escalations on complex security incidents
You do the problem management, you escalate structural & equipment's issues to the engineering and to the suppliers
You implement and maintain complex correlation content that leads to security events of interest, according to the security policy
You implement new infrastructure for new security projects as design by security engineering team.
You participate to the 24x7 guard duty with the other team members.

Your profile:

You have a University Diploma and at least 7 to 10 years' experience with Firewalls and IP Networks.
Application Penetration knowledge (eg. XSS, buffer overflow, URL tampering, SQL Injection, dDoS, Botnet, )
Scripting capabilities skills (eg. Perl/Python, regex, DataBase Queries)
Knowledge of SIEM concepts
Knowledge of Network Intrusion Detection elements (IDS/IPS, anomaly detection tool)
Technical expertise area by order of importance: Checkpoint Firewalls, Juniper Firewalls, Juniper SSL & IPSEC VPN, Cisco Routers,
You're fluent in English and in French or Dutch. You have good verbal and written communication skills
You are open, pragmatic, results-oriented and have the "can do" attitude
You have good analytical skills and you're able to work under pressure to handle top priorities incidents.
You are an excellent team player and you are ready to participate in 24/7 guard duty with the other team members.
