SCO/SCCM Specialist

My client is based in Brussels, Belgium. We are looking for an SCO Specialist to start ASAP for an initial 3-4 Month contract.
Skills/Experience required:
* Setup SCO production environment (based on Solution Architecture) containing:
o Management server
o Run book Servers
o Web service
o Designer
o Console
* Implementing logical DTAP model in SCCM based on standards
* Implementing delegation model (based on multi tenancy) in SCCM according to Security principles
* Implementing logical DTAP model in SCO based on standards
* Implementing delegation model (based on multi tenancy) in SCO according to Security principles
* Serving 6 domains (some of them are untrusted)
* Implementing high availability of the solution
* Implement security monitoring for the solution
