For our client, a leading European bank in Frankfurt, we are currently hiring a

SCM Quality Assessment Expert (f/m)
Reference number: 321257
Starting date: 15th of February 2017
Length of the contract: 6 months with possibility of extension

Task description:
* Facilitates and supports all activity leaders (Project Managers, Service and Technical coordinators) who deploy IT solutions or manage any type of IT service release
* Responsible for the validation of the agreed deliverables, ensure that the quality of completed deliverables is acceptable and, in case of problems, report to the line managers for improvement purposes
* Undertake the quality Assessment of project and releases deliverables as defined in the current process
* Writing documentation and communicating in a matrix organisation - verbal, written and reporting skills

Your profile:
* Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, information system security, or related disciplines
* A good understanding of Information Technology
* Experience in Reporting and implementation of dashboards
* Working knowledge of JIRA (Atlassian) or of any other similar solution
* Basic working knowledge of Infrastructure system/architecture, Application Deployment & Maintenance, Service delivery and Project Management (including service set-up)
* Sound experience in IT governance
* A working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Working on ITIL Best Practises
* A good command of English with proven drafting ability
