SCIENTIST II needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in RIDGEFIELD, CT.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Cell Cultures experience
- In Vitro Pharmacology
- Cell Biology OR Biotechnology

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Performs routine lab duties independently
- Assists in the design & execution of non-routine experiments with supervision
- Performs all work in conformance with applicable regulations & in a safe manner
- Contribute to Drug Concept Discovery's development platform to enable advanced hit triage capabilities
- Contribute to in vitro pharmacology experiences supporting new drug concept projects

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors Degree
- Four to six (4-6) years experience in Pharma or CRO, Cell Biology or Biotechnology
- Experience in RNA purification from primary human cells, in TaqMan assays and related data analyse
- Experience in ELISA/MesoScale, molecular biology, western blotting and in vitro pharmacology
- Experience in liquid handling automation (application of 384 well plates and related robotics)
