SCIENTIST I needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CAMBRIDGE, MA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Scientist responsible for executing in vivo and in vitro assays relevant to ophthalmic disease
- The candidate should have experience and expertise in in vivo pharmacology
- The candidate is expected to contribute to the achievement of goals and success of a fast-paced dynamic team
- The candidate is expected to generate data, analyze results in addition to reading literature reports and technological developments relevant to the field
- The candidate is expected to have exceptional work ethic, interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn new scientific concepts and lab skills

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS or MS degree in biology, physiology, pharmacology, immunology, cellular biology, or related discipline
- Minimum of one (1) year experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
- Comfortable with working in an in vivo setting.
- Broad scientific foundation, strong work ethic, excellent oral and written communication, and ability to function in an interdisciplinary team setting

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good tissue dissection and microsurgical skills highly desirable
