Scientist - DS/DP wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 3+ years of directly related work experience as scientist or Ph.D.
- Good command of cGMP as well as sound scientific or technical knowledge in a specific area
- Know How of development and QC processes in own function including skill set of laboratory and technical tools
- Good understanding of software and computer tools along with sound presentation, scientific and technical writing skills
- Technician with continuing education, Bachelor degree or equivalent, advanced degree in a scientific or relevant discipline is desirable
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, another language is beneficial
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing quality, quantity and timelines in all assigned projects along with providing scientific and technical guidance
- Performing, planning and designing scientific experiments activities and plans including fulfilling risk analyses, peer review and project challenge meetings
- Cooperating with project related scientific and technical activities such as interpreting and reporting results
- Contributing to the setup and optimisation of infrastructure or specialised facilities eg cell culture or biosafety labs as an expert
- Providing scientific documents to hand over to internal and external partners and supporting generation of international registration documents
- Analysing new lab equipment and preparing CAR and USR if applicable in addition to maintain the infrastructure and equipment
