Scientist (DS/DP) with profound for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 3+ years' work experience as Windows server administrator
- Profound background of Microsoft Foundation with professionalism in Windows technology
- Domain knowledge of change processes are preferred as well as Scripting in PowerShell and know how in a program language in .NET area
- Skillset in SQL server operations and ITIL is favoured
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Installing Windows Servers based on installation manual
- Performing Lifecycle management of Windows, configuration- and change management based on defined processes
- Coordinating 2nd level support Windows infrastructure such as Windows 2008, 2012, 2016 and Citrix
- Managing Quality Gate - "Release Manager" including reviewing delivered packages and documentations as well as SPOC for various Application responsibles
- Installing test systems and changes on production environment
- Implementing basic shakedown testing of new packages
