Scientist - Bioanalytics of Cell and Gene Therapies

We are recruiting for a Scientist or Associate Scientist who will perform bioanalysis for cell and gene therapies. As part of a bioanalytical group within biologics technical development, you will be responsible for the analysis and characterization of cell and gene therapy products in early phase clinical development.

Responsibilities:

- You will be involved mainly in the execution of methods for the determination of biological activity (potency) and purity
- Data evaluation and documentation.
- Responsible for various cell culture methods and read out technologies (eg FACS, cell-based assays, ELISA, qPCR).
- You will also be in charge of the technical organization of a laboratory, reporting to the laboratory head.

Experience

- Hands-on experience with FACS and cell-based assays.
- Experience in working with BL-2 products is desirable.

Education MSc or BSc in Biotechnology with a background in cell biology. Language Good knowledge of English is required; German is desirable.
