Scientific Technical Leader

Scientific Technical Leader with solid QbD knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Master or PhD with focus on pharmaceutical sciences and technology

(eg Pharmacy, Chemistry)
- 3+ years of proven experience in the development of pharmaceutical formulations

(ideally oral dosage forms, solid understanding of QbD and biopharmaceutics) - Profound facilitation, coaching and coordination skills are key to achieve sustainable performance
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, good German and/or French skills are a big asset

YOUR TASKS:

- Playing a key role in the development of oral dosage forms and the transfer to production
- Ensure the development of high quality products, applying state of the art technologies, risk analysis and QbD methodologies
- Achieving robust formulations and processes through optimization, scale-up and validation work and provision of the required documentation to allow worldwide registration
- Working in a multidisciplinary network organization and international teams
- Representing Pharmaceutical Development in external collaborations, which results in a wide range of scientific and strategic tasks
- Developing new processing technologies and supervision of scientific projects are further options within this position
