Scientific Software Application Support Specialist

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SCIENTIFIC SOFTWARE APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our client in Ankeny, IA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts extensive analysis and report to management on key findings of market research initiatives conducted for major biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and healthcare organizations.
- The individual will assist in all phases of the genotyping pipeline.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- The successful individual will need to learn and use internal software in order to assist laboratory activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS Excel two plus (2+) years.
- MS Word two plus (2+) years.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
