Projektbeschreibung
For our client in Rotkreuz we are looking for a SCIENTIFIC PROJECT COORDINATOR for a 6-MONTH PROJECT.
DURATION: ASAP TILL 2018-03-31
LOCATION: ROTKREUZ
WORKLOAD: 50%
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative and logistical organisation to Medical Scientific Liaisons (MSL)/Medical Advisors (MA) for external scientific group meetings eg, advisory boards, medical expert roundtables. This includes both preparation and follow-up of each event.
- Responsible for event contract management (preparation, sending, tracking and archiving) and sending invitations/tracking replies
- Submission of documents into the internal approval systems/processes (eg NP4)
- Book venues and meals, organise travels
- Key platform for communication and correspondence related to scientific events with internal departments and external contact partners, representing the Chief Scientific Officer and the Medical Department.
- Coordination of tasks/activities with other CPO functions as needed to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Invoice control and coordination with administrative assistant for budget planning & tracking and payments
- Provide additional administrative support for any other activity in the Medical department, when needed
- Is obligated to report any Adverse Event or Technical Quality Complaint within 24h from the receipt to the DS fluent English is an asset.
Experience/Professional requirement:
- 2+ years of related professional experience in a Matrix environment
- Excellent project management skills, from planning to implementation and evaluation, and ability to deal successfully with several projects at the same time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Provides continuous, up to date and accurate feedback to the business
- Experience with budget planning and tracking
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Customer and quality focus
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Experienced in working with different stakeholders.
