Scheduler - Sheffield

SCHEDULER - SHEFFIELD
A leading provider of IT communication services, our client is currently looking for a Scheduler to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Sheffield.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with the schedule of IT engineers and assigning roles to them.

To be successful you will:-
Excellent Customer Service
At least 9 months experience of working in a call centre environment
A positive approach to work
Good Organisational Skills
Good Administrative experience, attention to detail and accuracy
Good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships
Experience in adhering to SLA's (Service Level Agreements) Experience in scheduling engineers would be advantageous
