My client, a global accountancy firm, is looking for a Scheduler/Resource Analyst/In House Recruiter to join a large and busy Scheduling department.

The successful candidate will:

- Ensure that client organisations are provided with the best teams of people, combining industry experience with technical knowledge
- Ensure that practitioners are appropriately matched to jobs which are challenging and developmental
- Ensure that there is flexibility in the system to cope with the unplanned resourcing needs when new work has been won
- Provide up-to-date reports on a weekly basis.
- Liaise with senior members of the Practice to ascertain clearly, and in detail, their resource requirements
- Allocate people to assignments
- Maintain and update staff availability schedules on the scheduling system

The Scheduler/Resource Analyst/In House Recruiter will have strong MI and Data Analysis experience.
This role will suit an in house recruiter with experience in liaising with senior stakeholders and coordinating consultants to new client projects based on their skill sets. Previous experience of scheduling/staffing, recruitment or logistics is essential.
