Scheduler / Project Controls Engineer in Medical Device Industry (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Coordination of project control activities - project schedule and costs
-Support planning activity of the project
-Identify counteractive measures in case of negative performances
-Plan and forecast – continuous monthly rolling forecast for project, cost, time and scope
-Support the preparation of cost estimates and produce accurate and unbiased cost forecasts at a detailed and summary level
-Preparation and update of project documentation (PEP, project controls plan etc.)
-Documentation of the projects concerning approvals, release, planned and actual value
-Support the project manager to secure resource requirements
-Assist in development and train relevant staff in project control topics

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor´s degree or higher level in technical engineering
-Relevant experience in engineering/construction related tasks, preferably in the medical device industry
-Recent CAPEX experience as a project control engineer as well as project administration experience
-Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, teambuilding and collaboration skills
