Great opportunity with a global chemical company with its headquarters located in Wickliffe, Oh. Seeking contractor to supplement HR department with an overflow of demanding projects including high volume of scheduling interviews. To start, position is 20 hours per week, but as the workload progresses, the position will become 40 hours per week.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Assist recruiters by reviewing resumes for technical & competency qualifications

·        Support the recruiters by scheduling high volume interviews including phones screens, Skype interviews, onsite interviews and interview with management staff

·        Prepare interview agendas and make travel arrangements for candidates

·        Assist with the completion of the administrative tasks related to the hiring of external candidates, including but not limited to coordinating the background check, physical/drug screens, and working with the recruiters to initiate the onboarding of new hires

·          3-5 years experience as a recruiting coordinator working for multiple recruiters is required

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Outlook-ability to schedule complex interviews including various time zones with numerous calendars)

·        ATS experience (Taleo) considered a plus
