Our client is looking for a competent Scheduler (French Speaking) to join their prestigious offices in Hatfield. The job involves logging and updating requests onto the call management systems and to manage the completion of those requests in terms of Service Levels agreements by the appropriate Analyst.

Your experience should ideally come from an IT based background where you have worked with engineers onsite. Ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of entering, processing and managing all requests is essential. Also informing the customer is adequately informed of progress for each request and dealing efficiently with any queries are paramount.

Essential skills:

- PC Literate, ability to use standard MS Office applications, particularly Excel to a good user level.
- Customer Care skills, ability to listen and understand the customers need.
- Good communication skills, calm and polite telephone manner.
- Ability to multi-task and deal with heavy workload.
- Good organisational skills.
