Scheduler

. My client a leading provider of IT communication services are looking for a Scheduler to join their prestigious offices in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire. This will be full time on an initial 3 month contract.

You will be based on the customer site and will be required as part of a small team to schedule work for onsite engineers. You will be using several Remedy tools, queue management. You will be required to pro actively manage outstanding quotes and hardware deliveries. You will be communicating with the customer regarding any incidents and making them aware of any potential issues.

You must have customer facing experience, and be capable to carry out work involving detail to time-scales. You will have excellent communication skills and numeracy skills. It will be desirable for you to have desktop, hardware knowledge, Remedy tool experience and knowledge of the local area.
