Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for a Schedule Lead for an 8 month project in Switzerland.
You are responsible for
. Pro-actively acting as coordinator and communicator of meetings required to understand the existing schedule-related matters and keep the schedule up-to-date
. On-time delivery of final report from discovery phase, including adequate time for an initial review of the draft report by the clients program lead
. Support of project core team and work stream sponsor meetings with up-to-date progress reports in the agreed format
. Preparation of special analyses and reports upon request
. Completion of assigned trainings within given due dates; adherence to clients standards and best practices as trained
Requirements
. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in scheduling complex projects.
. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in scheduling operations activities within the biopharmaceutical industry for a project with similar scope as defined herein.
. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio & Adobe Acrobat.
. Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
. Familiar with the commercialization of biopharmaceuticals
. Familiar with clients management system
. German language written and verbal communication skills (Primary project and contract language is English. Interaction with certain employees may require German language skills. All correspondence, information and documentation produced in connection with this project shall be English)
