Projektbeschreibung
This candidate will communicate with Site IT Leaders to retrieve software media for packaging by Infosys. Must have XP imaging experience for new model releases (to include new Drivers via Dell Image Direct)
OVERVIEW:
- Sometimes relied on to resolve installation issues regarding packaging
- Gather license keys and install instructions, etc. that Site IT Leaders may not have
- Respond to License Server issues with minimal supporting documentation
- Monitor the Corporate Desktop Services Help Desk bucket for day-to-day tickets
- Liaison between client teams and Infosys for various project-related requests
- Assist Infosys with creating Standard Operating Procedures
- Monitor/manage upkeep of data entry points
- Various other tasks as required
This contract position is expected to be 6 months in duration.
