Projektbeschreibung
- Execute the required procedures to achieve the Automated Centralized Patch Management (ACPM) project objectives and to support stakeholders during the process of deployment and validation of patch/security updates.
- In support of ACPM, troubleshoot client and infrastructure systems for possible causes of patch package installation failures.
- Administer ACPM sites to include: Install security updates, repair SMS or SCCM clients to facilitate the installation of patches, monitor and maintain current Standard Operating Environment (SOE) for computer systems.
- Gaither and monitor Patch Score, Risk Score, Software and Hardware Inventory, system status from the SMS/SCCM infrastructure.
- Administer SMS advertisements and SCCM software update deployments, querying of the SMS database and client patches logs.
